7. MOBILE NUMBER CHANGES

You agree that you are responsible for keeping your mobile telephone number and contact information current.

8. DELIVERY AND CARRIER AVAILABILITY
Text-message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our messaging program may not be available through every carrier or on every mobile device.

We are not responsible for messages that are delayed, blocked, filtered, misdirected, or not delivered because of carrier actions, network availability, an incorrect telephone number, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

A prior opt-out request may not automatically apply to a new telephone number or program unless required by law. You should follow the opt-out instructions contained in any message you receive.

14. ENTIRE SMS AGREEMENT
These SMS Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the agreement governing your participation in our text-message program.

If these SMS Terms conflict with the specific consent language presented when you enroll, the terms providing greater protection or choice to the message recipient will control to the extent required by applicable law.
