Junior & Senior Programmers

We are expanding!

Ambitious Web is now looking to immediately hire programmers at all levels for Microsoft Web Development. From Recent Grads to Senior Analysis, we are looking for programmers to fill multiple jobs of different varieties.

While we are wanting to hire for employment rather than contract work, we are open to either situation. This job does NOT require any travel. Hours are 8-5 Monday through Friday with standard paid holidays.

All persons applying need to have some experience in Asp.net. Salary will be based on experience.

Other languages are a plus, but not required.

Duties will involve developing software for our clients as well as maintaining the current systems we have already developed. We have a 99% stay rate so it is VITAL that you are able to manage existing software for “your clients” as well as continually developing new software. Applicants need to have excellent verbal and organizational skills as you will be responsible for scheduling their days and dealing direct with the client and CEO as well as the sales department.

We are NOT looking for programmers who are looking for an Analyst to tell them every detail of what they need to program. But rather someone who can analyze the programming needed and program in the most efficient way needed. For the recent grads, you will work closely with the CEO to learn the skills needed to manage all aspects of software development. From concept to development and deployment.

Our company is perfect for those programmers tired of dealing with “meeting upon meeting” to get the smallest thing done or those tired of working on the same software for months on end. You must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment on multiple projects that are very different in nature. You will be very “hands on” in the process and programming multiple systems and constantly maintaining/reprogramming all software you develop. We need employees who thrive in a fast paced, creative programming environment.

This is NOT a web design position and will not evolve into one.
